sometimes i think it would be nice to be able to run just for the fun of it. i feel like as people we neglect our natural means of transportation. i mean why is it so good for you? is it god trying to tell us that we were meant to run? anyone who runs has limited health problems. i’m going to try to like running. as impossible as that statement sounds to myself, i want to try. today i jogged on the treadmill for one mile and walked a half. it took about 25 minutes. was i that slow? the jogging pace was about 4.2 now that i think about it, that is pretty slow.. you gotta start somewhere i guess. i’m gonna continue just running 1 mile for about a week i guess. try to improve my pace. i want to get to the point where i can run around the 2 mile area easily. i don’t want to run in races or anything, i just want to have a hobby.
